The only members who will ever know who your clients are will be the ones you choose to work with. Our feedback system encourages other members to treat your clients respectfully and any misuse FNI will be dealt with accordingly.
Payment is made by the other member directly to you so you must agree on the rate and terms prior to accepting a booking. If there are any issues with payment we are more than happy to mediate on your behalf
You can cancel a job at any time. However, if you cancel the job after it has been accepted then you may be liable for a cancellation fee. This will be between you and the other member you were working with.

No. You set and agree your own rates with the other FNI member’s ensuring that you can maintain or even improve your margins.
FNI strives to maintain a high calibre of members and we accredit everyone before giving them access. We are completely neutral and never recommend one member over another for jobs. However our advanced rating system allows you to make an informed decision about who you want to work with.
Registering with Freight Network Ireland is easy. Simply click here and fill in your details. Select if you are a Freight Forwarder or haulier and the appropriate account type will be created for you. For stronger, more secure, passwords we recommend a minimum of eight characters, including at least one uppercase character, one number and one special character (e.g. ‘!’).
Once you submit your registration form you will be able to login. But wait, you must now complete your profile and choose a subscription before you can enjoy all of the benefits the site has to offer. The entire registration process is listed below:
Your account can be inactive for two reasons:
If you are registered, your account is active and you have subscribed, you may create a new advert by clicking create a job from the user menu. All user options can be found in the user menu.
If you have a fully subscribed haulier or freight forwarder account, or if you purchase a subscription for the supplier’s directory, you may view all listings in the directory, add a new listing and manage your listings, by using the suppliers menu item in the main navigation.
If you have a fully subscribed haulier or freight forwarder account, you can view the suppliers directory by selecting from the ‘suppliers’ menu in the main navigation.
If you are not a haulier or freight forwarder and wish to view and / or list items in the suppliers directory you must purchase a separate directory subscription by visiting our pricing page
As a haulier or freight forwarder you can tailor your preferences to ensure that the default view for same day freight or next day freight matches your preferred filters.
Yo may change these preferences at any time. You may also override them by using the search filters in the same day freight or next day freight pages.
Once a job has been accepted between you and a another user, you may await the outcome of that job and then close it from your jobs listing page.
To close a job, simply click on the icon.
You will then be presented with a dropdown list of all users who expressed an interest in that job, either by viewing it or by sending you a comment in relation to the job. You simply choose the user who completed the job for you from this list and give them a star rating.
Star ratings are aggregated for each user and shown on their profile pages.
